Yes! You will go through 3 weeks training, write a series competency-based tests and be validated through a mini internship for 2 - 4 weeks.
We work as a team. For tasks that are beyond your technical capabilities, your Account Manager will assist you to find a more qualified team member who can complete the said task. However, it will be your responsibility to see to it that the task is completed.
No! Being multilingual is not a requirement but an asset, especially if - apart from the English language - you can speak and write fluently in other languages such as French, Spanish and Deutsch.
For the purposes of quality assurance and on-time delivery of work assigned by our clients, all VA’s will work from a managed location until a time we find it prudent to allow VA’s to work from home.
Yes! For starters, every potential VA must own a well functioning laptop.
The ultimate goal is to offer a full time contract of employment. However, some VA’s may start part-time and work their way to full-time depending on available volume of work.
Most of our clients are based in North America and Europe. Given the time difference, VA’s may sometimes work beyond the regular working hours in Ghana. We however anticipate that 80% of work shall be done within the regular working hours. We also anticipate that some assignments may be carried over to the weekend. However, this is likely to be an exception rather than the norm.
For now, we are unable to promise accommodation. It will be your own responsibility to find accommodation for your stay in Kumasi.
Yes! For both full time and part time roles, you will be entitled to days-off.
